It’s Thursday and you are almost to the weekend.
Let me re-introduce myself. My name is Annette and I am the CEO of A Wild Ride Called Life. I am also a Retired Army Combat Veteran, Military Spouse and mom to a college sophomore and a high school junior 🤦🏻♀️
I am also living with PTSD, Anxiety and depression. I share my story to people all over the world to show everyone that it is ok to NOT be ok. I ain’t crazy. I am just a human who has a mental illness and I am here to tell you that you are not alone. I am here to end this stigma and stop suicide! I was there so I totally get it. I also have another story to tell.....I am a trauma survivor..Auto accident, suicide and assault.
I am here because my story isn’t over and neither is yours.
I have been asked how I manage to get through it. It isn’t easy but I have learned some coping mechanisms that do help.
