Being a stay at home wasn’t exactly what I had in mind but in the end after over 2 years of being retired, It was my choice. Yes I took a shower, come on now 😂. Yes I actually did brush my hair even though it may not look like it 🤷🏻♀️. What I do all day is no ones business but I do talk about it. Some days I don’t get all the things done but some days I feel pretty damn accomplished.
I am grateful to be able to focus on my mission from home. I am grateful that I can focus on writing and reaching out to people. I am grateful that I still have friends who understand 😂. I live on a strict budget but it’s been working and I can still have pretty things. My kids are healthy. They may not always be happy (because I’m so mean 🖐🏻), but they have still have me here on earth.
Never judge someone by what they chose to do professionally or personally. We don’t always know their story. The best thing you can do is just be there.
